What you will find at Little Mullions
Accommodation
Little Mullions has three bedrooms: one double and two king-size. The Master bedroom has an optional sofa-bed that makes a large single and we also have a travel cot available on request.
The family bathroom is on the first floor with a P-shaped bath and electric shower overhead. There are character features throughout the cottage, including beams and a flagstone floor on the ground floor, meaning there is also limited head room on the top floor staircase, the top bedroom being in the eaves.
Living room with dining table
On the ground floor there is a good sized living room with a dining table in the bay window at one end, and an electric stove in the fireplace at the other. The living room has a smart TV and plenty of games to keep you occupied inside. There is also free WiFi within the property, although due to the thick stone walls, the mobile signal can be "patchy"!
Kitchen
Also on the ground floor is a well appointed cottage kitchen: an electric range cooker with 5 ceramic hobs and double oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and microwave.
Outside
Leading outside from the kitchen is a self contained courtyard with perennial border, herbs, seating for 6/8, charcoal barbecue and access out of the side gate to leave the property.
A washer-dryer takes up its position in the outhouse, accessed from the courtyard. There is parking for one vehicle just around the corner from the cottage, with additional street parking within the village if needed.
